Baah Box: a fun project for hospitalized adults and kids

Sometimes adults and children need to train their muscles before getting an arm prosthesis or to recover control of injured limbs. However even if there exist some training solutions they may be expensive or not fun, specially for children.

Baah Box is a project where a DIY box is connected to sensors or joysticks used by patients, and paired to mobile apps. They provide fun games with several levels of difficulty and enable patients and nurses to get smiles and fun during those hard moments of training.

Sensors on arm to train plugged to the box connected in BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) to iOS app
